This practice was established in 1999, with Bryan Martin, a Chartered Architect and a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects, as sole principal. The practice undertakes various types and scales of project, although specialises in working in sensitive or historic contexts. All stages of service are offered, from development of a design brief, feasibility studies and concept sketching, through construction drawings and applications for consents, to monitoring of the construction process.

Both traditional and modern techniques and forms of construction are employed, as appropriate to the context: the practice is committed to the highest standards of design, whatever the medium and whatever the scale of project.

The practice collaborates with Structural Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Building Services Engineers and other Consultants, as may be required by individual projects.
